Steamed Sea Bass Fillet with Wild Boar Paprika Salami

Ingredients

  • A sea bass filet
  • 100g Venison Gusto Wild Boar Paprika Salami 
  • 100g butter
  • Mixed vegetables

Method

  1. Check the sea bass fillets have been pin-boned, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the sea bass fillet into a steamer with a little butter.
  3. Add the lid to the steamer and leave it to cook for about 4 minutes.
  4. Slice the Salami and place the slices on the top of the sea bass. Bake in the oven for another 3 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, grill the vegetables to garnish your dish. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt and pepper.
