Having spent nearly two decades living abroad, I have gained a wealth of experience and expertise in gastronomy.

I have had the privilege of running Michelin-starred restaurants in London, working as a family butler on luxury yachts, and overseeing every aspect of delivering high-quality service.

Having had the opportunity to taste the flavors of several continents, I have come to the realization that local conditions are ideal for producing food of the highest quality.

I firmly believe that by upholding Hungarian traditions and leveraging the latest technology, Venison Gusto provides a one-of-a-kind experience for anyone who savors our handcrafted products.

If you're looking for tasty artisanal Hungarian salami/kolbasz, look no further!Located on the busy main drag of Margit korut, it's just a short 150 meter walk from the Mechwart Liget #4/6 tram stop or a 12 minute walk from the … More metro station at either Moszkva ter or Batthyany ter. They have everything a dried/cured meat junkie could possibly crave---although personally I preferred their eponymous red deer spicy paprika salami (made chauvinistically from only bucks, no does! ;-))), several different beef choices were also tasty and begging for some olives, cheese, and a glass of robust Villanyi cabernet to wash it all down with!! Friendly, knowledgeable and polite staff makes this a destination stop for discerning carnivores. Head on over, you won't be disappointed.
